HOW TO PERSONALIZE

- Refer to the image above to show where personalization will appear.
- Add your information (name, year, address...) in to the text box or upload file onto our website.
- Most designs can accommodate more text, however the more letters that you enter, the smaller the text will be.
- Make payment to complete your order.
- We use your information to design, print and send to you. No design fee.
- We will send the demo for you to check first within 24 hours after your orders via email. Please reply to the same email if you want to fix any details. We will have your orders to be made if we don't receive your response. After that no further changes would be accepted. So, please provide an accurate email for other information
- All of our Rugs are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards.
- Each rug is made from luxurious plush velour and features a premium heat dye sublimation print for long lasting color vibrancy.
- Low-profile pile height of 0.4 inch makes this rug look great in any room and perfect for placing under furniture.
- Underside is constructed from high quality epoxy for a non-slip grip and extra durability.
- Stain resistant material makes cleaning a breeze – use a damp cloth with mild soapy water to clean (avoid bleach) and let air dry.
- Rugs arrive vacuumed sealed for protection during the shipping process – once opened rugs may take up to 24 hours to lay flat. We recommend a light vacuuming of the rug to assist in the settling process.

- Production time: Please allow 5-7 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility.
- Shipping time: You will receive your order in the USA from 15 - 25 days and in other countries from 25 - 30 business days. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.
- Return & Exchange: If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily work with you to correct the problems.
- Tracking Number: When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

How to resolve a declined card payment?
If you can not complete your purchase with your credit card due to credit card denied, please make credit card payment via Paypal.
Making credit card payment via Paypal as following:
- Step 1: After you choose the shipping method --> Click 'Continue to payment method' button. Check the Paypal on Payment method window
- Step 2: In paypal log in window, you don't need to log in. Click 'Pay with debit or Credit card' button
- Step 3: fill your credit card information and complete your payment.
